Drummer Johnny Moore to Leave Dali Van Gogh Due to Health Concerns

Hello everyone,

Today, we unfortunately have to announce that our drummer, Johnny Moore, has to step down from the band due to health concerns that have been plaguing him for the past 6 months or more.

Johnny has been the heart of this band for nearly 7 years, and is as much family as a band member. We are as gutted as all of you are to see him go. Johnny did absolutely everything he could in order to continue with us, but with a very heavy 2026/27 schedule on the horizon, and 3 new albums on the way, it is just no longer possible for him to do so.

Johnny will play his final show with us on August 30^th at Giv’r on the Riv’r festival. We’d love to see you all out to see him off right, but please bear in mind this is a specialize event, and you cannot get in without a Van as this is a Van festival.

We’d also like to assure you all that we have zero intention of slowing down or delaying our release schedule any further than is necessary. New Dali material is long overdue, and we have been working very hard to get these 3 albums together for you all for most of the year. With Johnny’s blessing, we have begun the hunt for a new drummer.
