Dali Van Gogh Welcomes Jamison Tomka as New Drummer

September 8, 2025 – Halifax, NS – Canadian hard rockers Dali Van Gogh are thrilled to officially announce the addition of Jamison Tomka as the band’s new drummer, ushering in an exciting new era for the group’s unmistakable sound.

Known for their electrifying live performances, dynamic musicianship, and relentless innovation, Dali Van Gogh continues to evolve—this time with the driving force of Tomka behind the kit. A seasoned percussionist with deep roots central Canada’s music industry, Jamison brings both technical precision and raw energy that perfectly complements the band’s sonic intensity.

“From our first meeting, it was clear Jamison was the man for the job,” says Isaac Kent, lead guitarist and founding member of Dali Van Gogh. “His passion, skill, and creative instinct have already started pushing us into bold new territory.”

Tomka joins the band at a pivotal time, as Dali Van Gogh prepares to enter the studio for their next full-length album—a follow-up to their acclaimed release "New Blood, Old Wounds". Fans can expect a bolder, more ambitious sound, with Jamison’s influence already seeping into new material.
