Dali Van Gogh Earns Loud Recording of the Year Nomination at the 2026 East Coast Music Awards.

Halifax, NS — Dali Van Gogh have received a nomination for Loud Recording of the Year at the 2026 East Coast Music Awards for their single Wicked Way, continuing a strong run of national recognition for the band.
This marks the group’s third ECMA nomination, following their EP New Blood, Old Wounds, which was nominated for Rock Recording of the Year and went on to win Loud Recording of the Year in 2023. Wicked Way represents the band’s second consecutive original release to earn ECMA recognition, serving as the follow-up single to New Blood, Old Wounds.
Wicked Way was released in mid-2024 through Wormholedeath Records, further solidifying Dali Van Gogh’s place in Canada’s modern hard rock landscape.
The band is nominated alongside:
Direwolf – Thunder Calls
The Order of the Precious Blood – Dark Hallucinations
Thunderor – Cape Breton Home
Where Giants Once Stood – Dead To You
The nomination arrives as Dali Van Gogh complete production on three forthcoming releases: Vilify, a full album of all-new material; Unplugged, an acoustic re-imagining of select songs from the band’s catalogue; and What’s a Bootleg, a live recording capturing the band’s onstage intensity.
