“We're thrilled to have him”, said Isaac Kent on the newest edition to the band. “It's always unfortunate when line up changes take place. But life happens, people go through different things, and you have to move on. In this industry it's best to move on quickly. Finding Johnny was a true stroke of luck for us. The kid can really play!”
Johnny joins the band just as they head in to the studio to record the hotly anticipated follow up to From Ashes.
Released in 2017, the band's 3rd album (and 4th record overall) received praise from critics, spawned 3 singles, and led the band to 2 summer tour's throughout Atlantic and Eastern Canada including performances at The Garrison Brewing Backlot Bash (with the Glorious Sons), Riverfeat 2017 & 2018, and Music Mountian Rock Fest.
With 14 new songs written, Dali Van Gogh's new album is expected in spring of 2019.
“We've already began slowly putting new songs in to our set lists,” said John Scotto on the record. “Our fans are already familiar with a lot of the material, and radio stations are asking us what's next. It's very exciting.”
Meanwhile keyboardist Devon Roberts has chosen to step away from the band for personal reasons. For the time being the band will continue as a four-piece, but are accepting auditions to fill the vacant position. Those interested can contact the band at firstname.lastname@example.org.
